This method creates a record in database. generates the idpk if not provided in the request and populate the updatedByUser, updatedByTxnId, createdTsString, updatedTsString attributes.

txnTransferObj - Transfer Object TxnTransferObj instance

Returns:

txnTransferObj Returns the Transfer Object TxnTransferObj instance populated with persisted instance
